Web hosting BaCloud
BaCloud is a Lithuanian hosting provider with its own data center, focused on projects of different scales - from personal websites to corporate infrastructure. The company emphasizes modern hardware solutions, stability and the ability to flexibly scale resources as the load grows.
History and positioning
BaCloud has been developing on the hosting and data center market for many years, which is important for projects where long-term reliability of the service provider is critical. During this time, the provider has formed a line of services suitable for both private users and companies with more complex requirements. The main idea is to provide technically up-to-date solutions with clear configuration and competent support, without excessive complexity for the client.
Data center and hardware base
Managing its own data center gives BaCloud full control over the infrastructure and allows it to respond quickly to changes in demand. Server configurations utilize platforms based on Xeon E5-2600 v3/v4 processors, supporting large amounts of RAM and SSD or NVMe storage arrays. This allows to build configurations for both typical web projects and resource-intensive tasks. In addition, the company develops services for building private networks, BGP and VLAN connectivity, integration of dedicated servers, colocation and network equipment into a single infrastructure.
Service Lineup
BaCloud service catalog covers the main scenarios of project deployment in the network.
- Linux VPS - virtual servers based on Linux with NVMe disks and dedicated resources, focused on databases, web applications and medium-sized Internet projects.
- Windows VPS - virtual servers for Microsoft ecosystem with support for current versions of Windows Server, remote access via RDP, office software and SQL servers.
- Dedicated servers - single-tenant solutions where the client has full control over hardware configuration for large websites, online stores, CRM, ERP and other critical systems.
- Web hosting - shared sites on NVMe disks with cPanel control panel, SSL certificate and dedicated IP-address, optimal for small and medium-sized projects.
- Cloud backups - backup storage service with dedicated disk space, suitable for both workstations, server infrastructure and business applications.
Performance and networking capabilities
Virtualized and shared solutions utilize fast SSD and NVMe storage to reduce I/O latency and improve responsiveness of content management systems, databases and application software. VPS tariffs offer network speeds up to 500 Mbps, which is sufficient for projects with active traffic, API integrations and regular transfer of large amounts of data. Support for private networks, BGP and VLANs facilitates the construction of hybrid configurations, when some services run on dedicated servers and some on VPS within a single topology.
Practical application and customer focus
BaCloud's mission is to provide modern IT services without compromising on service quality and with a focus on real customer tasks. Thanks to a wide range of services, you can host a small website, deploy a SaaS platform, organize a fault-tolerant cluster or build a backup system for key data under one platform. This approach makes the provider an interesting option for projects that require a combination of flexible configurations, predictable performance and the ability to evolve their infrastructure without changing hosting.
